Friday Pilots Club Want You To Be A 'Spectator' At Upcoming Bottom Lounge Album Release Show

Friday Pilots Club Want You To Be A 'Spectator' At Upcoming Bottom Lounge Album Release Show

"Hell yeah, dude more Friday Pilots Club."

Seven simple words, but they hold so much weight. And it works in two different and equally exciting ways!

The first way is that we have more Friday Pilots Club music than we had yesterday. The band has dropped the new single 'Spectator', a groovy dance-floor ready rocker that's going to be responsible for as many spilled drinks as it is dorm-room hookups. A bit slower than their last single 'Vampire Disco', both tracks do a perfect job of showing how much ground the band can cover. Both songs are going to be on their upcoming debut album Nowhere, which seems to be gearing up to answer the question "What if Franz Ferdinand were better looking and sounded more interesting?"

(The band Franz Ferdinand, not the historical figure. Or maybe him too. I know shockingly little about world history.)

And now we come to the second meaning of "Hell yeah, dude more Friday Pilots Club". To celebrate Nowhere's release on May 9, the band is playing a hometown show at Chicago's own legendary Bottom Lounge on May 10. So you'll have exactly one day to learn the rest of the new songs by heart to be one of the coolest kids amongst all the cool kids at the show.

Tickets to the show can be purchased here.
